The plaintiff, Kristine Cogan, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendering summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Chase Manhattan Auto Financial Corporation (Chase). The court rendered summary judgment on the basis of Chase’s argument that the statute of limitations had expired prior to the filing of the plaintiffs action.
