This action was brought to recover the balance due for services performed and for which payment had not been made. The cause was tried to the court without a jury, and resulted in findings of -fact from which it was concluded that a recovery could be had. Judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants General Chemical Company of America, General Metals Merger, the marital community composed of E. A.
