This is an original information in quo warranto brought by the Attorney General against respondent Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of Kansas City, hereinafter referred to as “Authority”, and against respondent City of Kansas City, hereinafter referred to as “the City”. The information challenges the constitutionality of the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority Law (Laws of Missouri, 1951, pages 300-323; 1953 Cum.
