This action was brought to recover of the defendant, as executor, the reasonable value of services alleged to have been performed by plaintiff for deceased in her lifetime. The case was tried with a jury, and a verdict rendered for plaintiff in the sum of thirteen hundred and seventy-five dollars. A motion for a new trial was denied, and this appeal is from the judgment and order. The deceased died on the nineteenth day of January, 1896.
