Plaintiff brings this negligence action seeking to recover damages for personal injuries he allegedly sustained when he fell through an unguarded opening in the roof of the General Motors Plant in Oklahoma City while in the course of his employment with the Klapp Roofing Company on April 11, 1978. Plaintiff alleges in his Amended Complaint that Defendant Morrison-Knudsen Company, Inc., was the general contractor on the General Motors project.
