The declaration in this case set up a claim for personal injuries by a pedestrian against a restaurant owner, Bickford, occupying premises at 4 West Fayette Street in Baltimore City, and a deliveryman, the Express Company, engaged in delivering restaurant supplies through cellar doors opening in the sidewalk.
