After a jury trial in the Superior Court of Baltimore City, the appellees Gertrude Russo and Tony Russo, her husband, obtained judgments totaling $98,716.44, and the appellee Gertrude Sajdak, individually and as personal representative of the estate of her husband, George Sajdak, obtained judgments totaling $26,978.30 against the appellants, Gardenvillage Realty Corporation (Garden) and the Arkwell Company, n/k/a The Thunderwood Company (Thunderwood).
