This appeal concerns the liability of a lessor of land with respect to persons outside the land who suffer physical harm by reason of a condition of the land or by reason of activities of lessees of the land. At issue is the applicability of §§ 379 and 379A, Torts 2d, Restatement of the Law.
Section 379 reads:
“A lessor of land who transfers its possession in a condition which he realizes or should realize will involve unreasonable risk of physical harm to *142others outside of the land, is subject to the same liability for physical harm subsequently caused to them by the condition as though he had…
