WINTER, District Judge:
Plaintiffs’ appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit 329 F.2d 738, was dismissed on July 1, 1965. It is, therefore, appropriate that the stay entered April 21, 1965 be dissolved and the motions submitted to the Court at the trial, on which ruling was reserved, be decided. The motions to be decided consist of a motion by defendant Baltimore Transit Company for a judgment in its favor, and a motion by plaintiffs to strike out an order granting judgment for defendant Gerald M.
