Petitioner National Labor Relations Board (the “Board”) seeks enforcement of its order issued on December 14,1984, finding principally that respondents Eli Gordon, Gerald Tillinger, Seymour Tillinger, and their partnership, Balsam Village Management Company (collectively the “Company”), had committed unfair labor practices in violation of §§ 8(a)(1) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act (the “Act”), as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) and (3) (1982), by threatening to discharge and discharging three Company employees for their pursuit of union membership.
