SENTELLE, Circuit Judge:
Douglas Foods Corporation (“DFC”) petitions for review of an order of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) finding that it committed several unfair labor practices and ordering substantial relief. We uphold the bulk of the NLRB’s unfair labor practice findings with the exception of those related to the alleged “sham” sales of catering trucks and routes. The NLRB’s findings in relation to these transactions are inadequate, and the accompanying restoration order is beyond the scope of the Board’s remedial…
