Defendant appeals from an order of the district court of Ramsey county denying its motion for an order setting aside the service of the summons herein.
Defendant is a foreign corporation, organized* under the Iuavs of the state of Delaware, with its principal office and place of business in San Francisco, California. It is engaged in operating ocean-going steamships, in passenger traffic, between ports on the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of the United States and to foreign countries.
