Ferguson, Judge:

Tried before a general court-martial convened by the Commander, Sheppard Technical Training Center, Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, the accused was found guilty of two specifications of larceny, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 121, 10 USC § 921. He was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement at hard labor for two years. The convening authority approved the sentence. The board of review set aside the findings of guilty concerning one specification and affirmed only so much of the verdict…
