Convicted by general court-martial of larceny of nine cylinder heads, property of the United States Government of value of about $2,745.00, under Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 921, the accused was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, confinement at hard labor for two years, and reduction to the lowest enlist-éd grade.
