Defendant appeals from his conviction for failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged as a result of a motor vehicle accident. ORS 811.700. Defendant assigns error to the trial court’s imposition of restitution as a part of the sentence. We review sentencing decisions for errors of law. ORS 138.222(4). We vacate the restitution award and remand for resentencing.
