Godfrey v. Gempler

This is a suit by plaintiff, Emma Godfrey, as assignee of a note and mortgage executed by Josephine Gempler, guardian of the person and estate of Isaac P. Wyant, incompetent, to foreclose the mortgage. The note and mortgage were executed on April 25, 1924, pursuant to and based upon a petition and order of the circuit court of Multnomah county, Oregon, sitting in probate. Josephine Gempler was appointed guardian of the person and estate of Isaac P. Wyant on February 14, 1924, and duly qualified.
