MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiffs are nine current and former employees of the District of Columbia’s Child and Family Services Agency (“CFSA”), who assert that the CFSA “discriminated against them and similarly situated employees on the basis of their race, national origin, age, and/or in retaliation for complaining about discriminatory practices.” Second Amended Complaint (“Compl.”), ECF No. 17, at 2.
