Appeal from an order settling the final account of appellant as guardian, and from an order denying his motion for a neW trial.
The controversy relates to a single item of twelve hundred dollars and accrued interest. On April 4,1895, appellant had in his hands said sum of money, and on that day, upon his petition, an order was made by the superior court directing the guardian to lend said sum to one W. P.
