OPINION

MEYER, Justice.

This case concerns the legal validity of a complaint filed on behalf of a corporation but signed by a nonattorney. Respondent Save Our Creeks (SOC), a nonprofit corporation, filed a complaint against the City of Brooklyn Park (the City), seeking relief from the City’s denial of SOC’s petition for environmental review of certain proposed development projects.
