Appellant Judy Frieler (Frieler) sued respondent Carlson Marketing Group, Inc. (CMG), in 2006 for violating the Minnesota Human Rights Act (MHRA), MinmStat. §§ 363A.03, subd. 43, and 363A.08, subd. 2 (2006), based on a hostile working environment due to sexual harassment by a supervisor, and for assault and battery.
