This matter is ripe for decision following a bench trial between Plaintiff, Worsham Sprinkler Company, and Defendants, Wes Worsham Fire Protection, LLC and Wesley Worsham, over a claim by Plaintiff that Defendants have infringed certain of Plaintiffs trademark, trade name, and service mark rights. Under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.
