Plaintiffs Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon, Inc., and Max Shayne, Inc. (hereinafter “Lone Star Steakhouse,” “Max Shayne,” or “Plaintiffs”), filed this action charging defendant Alpha of Virginia, Inc.
