" MEMORANDUM OPINION
BULLOCK, District Judge.
Plaintiffs bring this. consolidated class action lawsuit against Defendant corporation Cree, Inc. (“Cree”) and various Cree officers and directors, including F. Neal Hunter, Cynthia B. Merrell, John W. Palmour, Charles Swoboda, Calvin H. Carter, James E. Dykes, Dolph W. Von Arx, and Walter L. Robb (collectively “Defendants”). Plaintiffs allege that Defendants engaged in fraudulent business practices designed to artificially inflate Cree’s stock price.
