THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants’ Hilb Rogal & Hobbs Co. (“HRH”), Andrew L. Rogal (“Rogal”), Martin L. Vaughan, III, (“Vaughan”), Carolyn Jones (“Jones”), and Robert B. Lock-hart (“Lockhart”) Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Iron Workers Local 16 Pension Fund’s First Amended Complaint.
