Presently pending and ready for resolution in this class action alleging violations of federal securities laws are Defendants’ separate motions to dismiss Plaintiffs’ Consolidated Amended Class Action Complaint under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). Also pending is Plaintiffs’ motion to strike certain exhibits filed by Defendant Prieewat-erhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”).
