OPINION
BILL BASS, Justice.
Appellant, Danny Gene Crocker, was convicted on his plea of guilty to felony driving while intoxicated by the trial court after the trial court denied his pretrial motion to quash the two enhancement allegations in the indictment. The trial court assessed Appellant’s punishment at imprisonment for three years, probated for three years, in accordance with the plea agreement.
