Pending before the Court is “Defendant’s Motion to Examine Plaintiff,” (Dkt. No. 15), filed March 4, 2013. Therein, Defendant, Southern Tire Mart, LLC, “asks the Court to order Plaintiff to submit to physical and mental examinations with Defendant’s experts, as authorized by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 35.” (Id. at 1).
