Pending before the Court is the Motion of Furney Charters, Inc. for an Order Quashing or Modifying Subpoenas Served by Transcor in Kansas or, in the alternative, for a Protective Order (doc. 1). This matter arises from issuance of subpoenas from the District of Kansas to the Kansas State Bank in Manhattan, Kansas and the First National Bank of Wamego, Kansas. Plaintiff Transcor, Inc.
