Plaintiff, Marjorie Porter Hoagland, pursuant to Rule 34 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure has moved the Court for an order requiring the defendant, Tennessee Valley Authority, to produce for inspection and copying, at plaintiff’s expense, the following documents:(1) The investigative reports of the accident which resulted in the death of plaintiff’s intestate of the following employees of TVA: Eugene E.
