SULLIVAN, Judge:
During August 1986, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer members at Kaiserslautern, Federal Republic of Germany. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of two specifications of violating lawful regulations, a single specification of sale of military property, and two specifications of larceny, in violation of Articles 92, 108, and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 908, and 921, respectively.
