Homer Ferguson, Judge:

At various times not here relevant, the accused, as Savings and Insurance Officer for the United States Army Hospital, Fort Rucker, Alabama, received sums of money from enlisted personnel for deposit in the respective soldiers’ deposits accounts. The amounts received by the accused were never turned over to the disbursing officer as required by regulation nor were the amounts ever credited to the individual accounts.
