COOK, Judge:

The accused was tried by special court-martial, military judge alone, for failure to go, absence without leave, missing movement, escape from lawful custody, making a false official statement, and being drunk and disorderly, in violation of Articles 86, 87, 95, 107, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 886, 887, 895, 907, and 934, respectively. Pursuant to a pretrial agreement, he pleaded guilty to absence without leave and missing movement through design.
