The accused was convicted by a special court-martial of two separate offenses of absence without leave in violation of Article 86, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 680, missing movement through neglect in violation of Article 87, 50 USC § 681, and two separate offenses of breach of restriction, in violation of Article 134, 50 USC § 728. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for three months, and a partial forfeiture for a like period.
