CRAWFORD, Judge:

1. Pursuant to his pleas, appellant was convicted of violation of a lawful general regulation, damaging military property, and aggravated assault on 12 soldiers (1 specification), in violation of Articles 92, 108, and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 892, 908, and 928, respectively. The convening authority approved the sentence of a bad-conduct discharge, 27 months’ confinement, partial forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
