W. P. Gardiner being deceased, his will was admitted to probate in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County on May 12, 1900. Having bequeathed his property to a .trustee to hold in trust for the use and benefit of his three children, towit, the petitioner and respondents herein, the decree of distribution was entered January 3, 1902.
