Plaintiff brought suit against the defendant in the circuit court for Kent county upon judgments rendered in the county court of Alleghany county, Pennsylvania, first, upon five judgments rendered in said State by said court October 19, 1931, in which the amount involved aggregated $2,090.83. In the cases in which these judgments were rendered, defendant appeared by its attorneys.
