¥e are of opinion that the decision of the Chancery Court of New Jersey, as sustained by the Court of Errors and Appeals of that State, is correct, and must be affirmed. The 'first and obvious reason is -that the judgment of the Supreme feourt of New York was not responsive to the issues presented. The section of the Federal Constitution which is invoked by plaintiffs is section 1 of Article IV, which provides that “ full faith and credit shall be given in each State to the public acts, records and judicial proceedings of every other State.” Under that section the full faith and credit…
