.PER CURIAM.
A hearing panel of the supreme court grievance committee approved a hearing board’s findings in this lawyer discipline proceeding, but modified the board’s recommendation of a two-year suspension from the practice of law to three years, with reinstatement conditioned on certain restitution. The respondent defaulted before the grievance committee and has not appeared in this court. We accept the panel’s recommendations.
