STEADMAN, Associate Judge:

Before us is a recommendation by the Board on Professional Responsibility (the Board) requesting that Respondent Shmu-el B. Klein be reciprocally disciplined consistently with a five-year suspension imposed in the State of New York. We adopt the recommendation of the Board.
