Defendants Charles L. Pink and Charles L. Pink doing business as Norge Refrigerator Repair Shop appeal from a judgment for plaintiffs in an action for damages sustained as the result of an automobile collision. The cause was tried by the court sitting without a jury, and the appeal is presented on a settled statement.
