Plaintiff, Robert Little, appeals from the district court’s order granting summary judgment to Defendants, BP Exploration & Oil Co. (“BP”) and Richard Bruzina, on his Title VII retaliation claim. Plaintiffs primary contentions on appeal are that the district court erroneously concluded that (1) he had not presented sufficient evidence to establish a causal connection between the filing of his previous EEOC complaints and BP’s suspension and termi nation of his employment; and (2) Defendant Bruzina could not be held individually liable for violations of Title VII.…
