After the administration of the estate of Genelda Jaster, appellant, M. Kenneth Woodward, Jr., brought suit in district court against the independent administrator, the beneficiaries and the purchasers of real property 1) contending the defendants committed fraud and conspiracy against him in an attempt to defeat his judgment lien; 2) seeking a declaration that the lien still burdened the property; and 3) seeking judicial foreclosure on the lien.
