Blinn v. McDonald

Error to the Court of Civil Appeals for the First District, in an ■appeal from Marion County. McDonald sued Blinn and others and had judgment, from which they áppealed and on affirmance obtained writ of error from the Supreme Court.

This suit was brought by W.J. McDonald against the heirs, devisees, and legatees of B.H. Epperson, in the District Court of Marion County, Texas. The petition, as far as it relates to the questions we will discuss, alleged substantially, that in 1878 B.H.
