This matter comes before the court upon motion of plaintiffs for a protective order quashing the deposition subpoenas served upon Jerald Cureton, Esquire (“Cureton”) and Hillary Peterson, Esquire (“Peterson”), and for a protective order precluding the taking of their depositions.
