The plaintiff, Monica Madanes, has brought this action pursuant to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., alleging that her brothers, Pablo, Miguel, and Leiser Madanes (the “Madanes Brothers”), together with others, have defrauded her of her share of the family’s assets. Three discovery motions are now before the Court.
