The plaintiffs filed their petition in the district court of Noble county on the 14th day of June, 1924, alleging, in substance, that they are residents of what is known as “Porter addition” to the city of Perry, a municipal corporation, organized under the laws of Oklahoma. That, on the 5th day of September, 1923, the city, by its council, passed a resolution of necessity and caused the same to be .published, in. which it proposed to pave and otherwise improve a certain street in the original town site of the city of Perry, and extending into said Porter addition, and known as street…
