SPAETH, President Judge:

This is an appeal from an order dismissing appellants’ amended complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. The amended complaint alleges, in Count I, that appellees, as licensed public adjusters, violated the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, 73 P.S. § 201-1 et seq., and, in Count II, the Federal Trade Commission Act, 15 U.S.C. § 41 et seq. We hold that a claim has been stated for violation of the Consumer Protection Law but not for violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act. We therefore reverse in part…
