In an order dated November 3, 2009, this Court granted in part and denied in part a motion filed by GlaxoSmithKline, et al (“GSK”) for judgment on the pleadings, seeking dismissal of the end-payor plaintiffs’ amended class action complaint. Plaintiffs, indirect purchasers of Wellbutrin SR, were granted leave to amend their complaint a second time to assert causes of action in those states where they purchased or into which they sent reimbursements for Wellbutrin SR.
