By order dated July 8, 1996, the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County granted the motion to dismiss filed pursuant to Md. Rule 2-322{b) by appellees Steven J. Cramer, Esq., Thomas G. Bodie, Esq., John J. Nagle, III, Esq., Thomas J. Dolina, Esq., Power & Mosner, P.A., and Bodie, Nagle, Dolina, Smith & Hobbs, P.A.
