MOON, Chief Judge.
Mark Phillip Eckard was convicted on his conditional plea of guilty of conspiracy to distribute more than five pounds of marijuana and possession of more than five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute. On appeal, Eckard contends that his motion to dismiss the indictments on those crimes should have been granted because of the Commonwealth’s failure to prosecute him within the time limits mandated by the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD).
